Detail of Vacancies :-  Senior Managerial CadreAge Limit :-  35 Yrs (can be relaxed in suitable candidate)
Educational Qualifications :-

MBA with specialization in Finance / Marketing or Master of Social Work from a recognized University / Institute.

Experience :-

Minimum 10 yrs experience, out of which 5 years in supervisory category of working in any Co-operative Bank / Institution / NGO. Person having experience in Micro Finance will be preferred.

Person should have following qualities:-

- should be Young and energetic, with innovative Ideas.
- should know English, Gujarati & Hindi fluently ( Read & Write both)
- Knowledge of Accounting and Tally is preferred
- Knowledge of Computer and latest software is must
- Should be service oriented to the Society / Public at a large
- Should have Managerial ability to get work done from all category of subordinate staff
